Here we go, the starting point for what will be a new lifestyle. The dawn of a new day. I am putting myself out there and my progress, to keep myself accountable and to show others what is possible.

Through this post I will be sharing my progress updates, including photos, notes about my workouts, notes about what I ate, and of course updated stats. Every new entry will be added to the end of this post, weekly. I want everyone to subscribe to my updates, so that they can see that when you want something bad enough you can have it.
I will also be open to criticism, suggestions, tips, pointers, and even haters hatin’. I anticipate many reactions during my journey to a healthier life, and a stronger body. In the end, it will all be worth it.
